Christmas arrives, and with it all that it entails: a good party, sure, maybe the most beautiful throughout the year, but in the world of consumerism is also synonymous with great expense to buy gifts, decorations, charities and orders the tables of families.
The year before, for this reason, the Krank family has suffered an outflow of $ 6100. But this year ..... a "strange thought": no decorations, no party with all the neighbors, no charity, no turkey, no gifts, no Frosty snowman on the roof.
The company, however, is not easy: Christmas is a holiday too intrusive, mainly driven by consumerism and hypocrisy of the people, with its false morality.
The book has a few years (released in America in 2001) and has also been a film. However, in my opinion is a pleasant, friendly and joyful reading. Given the time, then ..... for those who have not read it yet, now is the time to do it!
